Table of Contents

Welcome to the OTguided website (“OTg”, “we”, “our” or “us”). OTg is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Our privacy policy (“policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and protect the information you have provided to us and to help you make informed decisions when using our service. For specific Privacy Policies related to the use of our Business Application, OneScope, please visit this page.

This policy applies to your use of https://otguided.com (the “Site”) and any other related web pages, services, applications or features. By visiting, downloading or interacting with the site, you are subject to this policy. If material changes are made to this privacy policy, we will notify you by posting the revised privacy policy on the website or by notifying you through the website and / or email. ANY ACCESS OR USE OF YOUR WEBSITE AFTER THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CHANGES CONSTITUTE, AND IS SUPPORTED BY, YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Accordingly, we encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy and the Website in order to stay abreast of our current privacy practices. If you do not agree to our privacy practices described below, please do not use this website. Please read this policy carefully, especially before providing any personal information or submissions.

1. Information We Collect

a) Personally identifiable information

Personally identifiable information (“PII”) is information that can be used to identify you, such as your first and last name, email address, physical address, telephone number, etc. data about you that you choose to provide to us, such as contact email addresses and profile information. If you give us an email address, we may send you promotional messages from time to time; We will try to make them attractive and interesting, but of course you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link that is in the email, or contacting us via any method provided by us.

b) Aggregate Information (Non-Personally Identifiable Information)

OTg may, from time to time, automatically collect aggregate information about our visitors, from our advertisers, sponsors, promotional partners and affiliates. This aggregate information includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses connecting to our site, the number of people who have visited a particular page or activity, the dates and times when images were downloaded, device characteristics, the system operating mode, browser type, connection type, page, etc. image display statistics, and inbound and outbound links. Examples include but are not limited to

  • Timestamps of opt-in/opt-out
  • Source of consent (e.g., website form submission)
  • communication preference settings

Like most websites, we use log files to store this information. None of this automatically collected technical information is associated with an individual identified at the time of collection, but it could be associated with you in two circumstances: first, if you choose to provide us with personal data about yourself as described above, the technical information we collect that would otherwise be anonymous might instead be recorded as coming from you. Second, if we are required to disclose our server logs as a result of a subpoena or other legal process, a third party, such as your internet service provider, could match our anonymous technical information with you, using information other than that found on our servers.

c) Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

d) Media

We may not collect them but, if you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

e) Cookies

OTg may use cookies, web beacons, robots, or other anonymous tracking information to improve our server’s interaction with your computer. We may also work with third party advertisers who may (themselves or through their partners) place or recognize a site. unique cookie on your browser. These cookies allow us to offer you more personalized ads, content or services. To trigger these cookies, we may transmit an encrypted or “hashed” (non-human readable) identifier corresponding to your email address to a web advertising partner, who may place a cookie on your computer. No personally identifiable information is on, or linked to, these cookies. Although our servers do not currently respond to “do not track” requests (see below), you can block these cookies in a number of ways, for example by searching for “[your browser] + disable cookies.” Depending on your interaction with our website, one of all of the following will happen:

  • If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
  • If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

f) Do Not Track

The registration system requires the use of a valid email address to confirm the account. Other personal information may be required, depending on the type of interaction and/or existing relationship between you, the company and its website. • If you change your account information, OTg’s stored data backups may include your original information. If you email us, a record of addresses and correspondence will continue to exist. We record this information so that we can respond to you and keep a record of this correspondence for a better and personalized assistance.
  • If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
  • If you register on our website, we will also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We will only disclose information to the extent necessary to comply with the purpose of the request.
    2. We may share aggregate, anonymous or synthetic information about our customers and their behaviors with partners, advertisers or other third parties. b) Sharing of Information With Partners

As noted above, we may collect and provide aggregate information about our visitors to our advertisers, sponsors, promotional partners and affiliates. These cookies sometimes allow businesses to serve you ads tailored to your interests based on your past web activity. This is generally known as behavioral advertising. For example, this means that if you frequently read movie reviews online, you may see ads on other websites related to upcoming movies. Online advertising companies generally perform this activity in an anonymous format, online information is not combined with information that can identify you.

c) Links to Third-Party Websites and Embedded Content

However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices used by those sites, or the information or content they contain. We encourage our users to be aware of this fact when they leave our official website, and to read the privacy statements of any website that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy policy applies only to information collected by OTg through our site and does not apply to linked third party websites.

For more information about our automated decision making process and the use of your personal data, please contact us.

e) Anti-Spam Policy

OTg is 100% against unsolicited commercial e-mail (“spam”).
