TIME TO PLAY!

1. Eligibility

• Only open to those who sign up at the online contest page, and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, as well as all coaches on the program.
• Only open to legal residents of African countries, European countries, United States (excluding Rhode Island) and Canada with valid mailing addresses.
• Voided where prohibited by law.
• Not open to Employees of OTguided, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household.

The Sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  

2. Agreement to Rules
By participating, participants agreed to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and represented and warranted that they met the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, participants agreed to accept the decisions of OTguided, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. The Contest Period

The Contest run from on 06/15/2021  at midnight (CDT) and ended on 08/15/2021  at midnight (CDT). To be eligible for the Contest, the participation fee was to be received between 05/01/2021 at 11:59 pm (CDT) and 06/14/2021 (at 11:59 pm (CDT). 

4. How to Enter

Eligible entrants entered the Contest by paying a membership fee at the online contest page. Additionally, the Entrant had to meet, adhere and/or satisfy all the conditions and requirements below, in order to be eligible to win a prize. 

• The Entrant may only enter once by paying a membership fee of either $145 (full fee) or $74.99 (partial fee). Full payment is required in order to remain in the contest and compete for the prize.
• The Entrant must remain in the Contest for the entire Contest Period.
• The Entrant may not enter multiple times using different information including, but not limited to, such as email addresses, names, addresses.
• The entry and any media submitted must be original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights.
• The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified to be eligible to win a Prize

**Note: Coaches on the program are automatically entered. No purchase is required.

5. Prizes

Ttwo prizes to win for this contest:

• The “Best Results” prize winner (the “Participant Winner”) will receive:

• • A one-time collaboration contract for any future project or event organized by the Sponsor – retail value undetermined
  • A personalized Nike Shoes – retail value estimated between $100-$190
  • A check of $100 value
• The “Best Coach” prize winner (the “Coach Winner”) will receive:
  • A lifetime Collaboration contract for any future fitness project or event organized by the Sponsor – retail value undetermined
  • Personalized Nike Clothing – retail value estimated between $100-$190

Actual/appraised values may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prizes substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prizes related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others nor shall the Winner request the cash equivalent or prize substitution. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry, and name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

There were no odds in winning the contest.

7. Winner selection and notification

The Winner of the Sweepstake was selected based on the results of the physical work accomplished. 

• The Participant Winner would have obtained the best “Before/After” result.
• The Coach Winner would have obtained the highest number of participants with the the best “Before/After”

Winners were notified via email, to the email address they entered the Sweepstake with, within five (5) days following the winner selection. The Sponsor declined any responsibility nor liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor was the Sponsor be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner 1) failed to claim the prize within 15 days from the time the award notification was sent, 2) was found ineligible, or 3) did not complete and return an executed declaration and release within the specified timeframe, the prize was forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstake was conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKE AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Rights granted by participants

By entering this sweepstake participants granted OTguided, anyone acting on behalf of OTguided, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstake, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

9. Sponsor

For the purpose of this sweepstake, OTguided is acting as its own Sponsor.

Entries were accepted online from 02/02/2021 to  03/01/2021. All online entries were to be received by 03/01/2021 12:AM CST.

4. How to Enter

Prior to filling the form, participants were required to follow us on at least one of these social media platform: Facebook, Instagram. Additionally participants were required to enter only once by submitting a form.

5. Prizes
⦁ A watch from either one of these brands: Fossil, Nixon, MVMT. Value estimated between $150-$200.
⦁ A perfume from either one of these brands: Versace, Calvin Klein, Dior. Value estimated between $100-$150.
⦁ An item (lingerie or loungewear) from either one of these brands: Kiss Me Lingerie, Victoria Secret, Tommy Hilfiger. Value estimated between $50-$100.
